As individuals move through live and age, many new stressors and challenges are experienced. Some positive and some negative. Although each individuals' experiences are unique, many common life changes such as childhood conflicts and stressors, adolescent challenges, marital challenges, divorce, substance use, employment challenges, bureaucratic challenges, death of a loved one, and overall life changes.

Key concepts of recognizing individuals’ levels of stress and learning new coping mechanisms to reduce that stress, can help an individual lead a more stress free life. It is a goal of TD Forensics to provide individuals with new information and ways to help limit their stress, manage existing stress, and earn how to live a reduced stressful life.
